Steve Peru joined Coconino Community College in 2019 as Chief Development and Government Relations Officer. Prior to CCC, Steve served as President/CEO of United Way of Northern Arizona covering the Coconino, Navajo and Apache county area. Steve’s first career was in local government serving in a variety of roles at Coconino County, including Coconino County Manager, before leaving in 2011 to work in the private sector at W. L. Gore & Associates. Steve is a product of Arizona community colleges, attending Eastern Arizona College before transferring to Northern Arizona University to earn a Bachelors Degree in Applied Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work and a Masters in Public Administration.

A 33-year veteran of radio, Steve is an Idea guy; skilled at designing innovative and successful marketing platforms for local businesses. As a partner in Great Circle Media, Steve and his 30 employees are making a difference with Northern Arizona businesses. Radio is constantly changing and if you are not willing to embrace change, you will be left behind.
Steve currently oversees, 8 stations in Northern Arizona, four stations in Flagstaff: (KAFF-FM, KAFF-AM, KMGN-FM, KFSZ-FM, KZGL-FM and KTMG-FM, KNOT-AM in Prescott).
Erin Beckett has been a member of the Flagstaff community for over 15 years and brings 12 years of banking experience in the Flagstaff Community, in which she has demonstrated exceptional relationship development and industry knowledge. In 2015 Erin joined the National Bank of Arizona team as Branch Manager, excited to be leading the pilot branch for technology and the Universal Banker model for National Bank of Arizona in East Flagstaff. Erin takes pride in helping her business customers grow through financial education and development. Erin enjoys serving her community through various organizations, the most recent addition being the Friends of the Coconino County Parks.
Kayla moved to Flagstaff from the valley in December 2017. She graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelors of Accountancy and then went on to obtain her Masters of Accountancy. She enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and archery.
Paul J Babbitt is principal of PB Consulting, Inc. a land use planning company. He is also a member of P2M2, LLC. a commercial real estate leasing company, as well as managing director of Spur Land and Cattle Co., a real estate investment firm. Mr. Babbitt has held local elective offices including the Flagstaff City Council, Mayor of Flagstaff and the Coconino County Board of Supervisors. He was a Democratic candidate of the U.S. House of Representatives in District One Arizona in 2004. His civic involvement has included the National Symphony Orchestra League, the Flagstaff Symphony, Coconino Plateau Water Advisory Council, and Mexican Spotted Owl Recovery team, Grand Canyon Airport Authority, Flagstaff Municipal Facilities Corporation, the Guidance Center and Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army.
Dave's integrity, sense of community, and business savvy have made him one of the top businessmen in Arizona. After 15 years with the US Department of Agriculture., Dave embarked on a new career as a New York Life agent in 1987. His decision to apply his business and financial skills to help others has proven to be the right one. Currently, Dave is one of the elite New York Life agents in Arizona earning a variety of titles and awards including the NAIFA Quality Award, Top Qualifier every year since 1987, and member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Residing in Flagstaff, the focus of Dave's profession is on assisting Northern Arizona residents and business owners with insurance, financial planning, and employee benefits.
Dave has served as the President of the Flagstaff Model Railroad Club, member of Friends of Coconino County Parks & Recreation, and President of the Swiss Manor Homeowners Association.
Kerry Dunne, Principal. Kerry Dunne oversees strategic partnerships and special event concept development at R Entertainment. He has served as a marketing and business development professional for corporate, entertainment and signature event enterprises, as well as president and CEO of sports franchises and entertainment companies, including sports franchise ownership, league development and consulting, corporate sponsorships, major event development, magazine and program publishing, and national television and radio broadcast development.
The Kerry Dunne Sustaining Leadership Award is an annual honor bestowed to community leaders in the East Valley region of metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona.
Kerry is a frequent speaker and consultant in the entertainment industry on leadership, new marketing strategies, venue content development, festival development, nonprofit fundraising and sports marketing.
Jeff graduated with a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the State University of New York in 2004. After graduation, he worked as a Landscape Architect for the Central Park Conservancy for 3 years where he had the opportunity to work on several high profile projects in one of the nation’s premier parks. Seeking the beauty and open space of the mountain west, Jeff moved to Flagstaff in 2007. He worked for a multi-disciplinary design firm for 5 years completing projects for the City of Flagstaff, NAU and private clients. In 2012 he joined the Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department as a Construction Manager. While with Parks and Recreation he managed numerous capital projects for the Department before taking a job with Coconino County Public Works Department. where he is Capital Projects Manager for Facilities. His wife Abigail is a nurse in Flagstaff and they have a wonderful 2-year-old daughter Madison. In his spare time Jeff enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and playing acoustic instruments with friends.
